Meet the Founder

Jenna DeBye

Founder & Creative Director

With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, including leadership as Bar Director and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at a Relais & Châteaux property, Jenna brings the expertise of an accomplished hospitality professional to every Soft-Tails experience.

Her approach combines thoughtful service, creative mixology, and an eye for detail—from perfectly balanced flavors to the moments that make a gathering memorable. Soft-Tails at Middle Way is her own expression of that craft: sophisticated, playful, and thoughtfully crafted.

Some recipes may contain conventional bitters, which can contribute trace amounts of alcohol. Please ask about ingredients when choosing your menu.
